We stand behind our products and our Guaranteed for Good™ promise. Our product is durable by design, but if there’s a problem with your gear we’ll do what we can to make things right.

Cotopaxi gladly accepts returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase. To receive a full refund, please make sure tags are still intact, and that items are unwashed and in new condition.

Return Policy Exceptions
When it comes to international and U.S. territory purchases, sales are final and we can’t accept returns. Items marked as “final sale” are ineligible for return or exchanges and Event Tickets are non-refundable.
