HOLIDAY SHIPPING
To make sure your holiday treasures arrive before the big day, please place your order by:
- December 16th for delivery to NT
- December 18th for delivery to WA
- December 19th for delivery to TAS
- December 20th for delivery to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, and SA.

Heads up: Due to the bustling holiday season, we might face some delays. We'll do our very best to get everything to you quick as possible!

All online orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Our team will notify you if there are problems with an order.  

All deliveries are with Australian Post, Couriers Please, or Aramex and ship to all of Australia except Christmas Island. Your order will ship from our Warehouse in Seamton Grange, NSW, 2567. If you would like more specific delivery time frames please refer to the carrier websites: https://auspost.com.au, https://www.couriersplease.com.au, https://www.aramex.com.au

No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays within each state.

Cotopaxi Australia offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8 for all orders under $99. Orders exceeding $99 will be freight free throughout Australia.

This shipping rate covers standard shipping throughout Australia with a delivery time frame of 2-10 business days depending on where you are in Australia.

Express Shipping

We also offer express shipping with a flat rate of $12. Usual delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on where you are in Australia.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

We use courier service, Australia Post. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam or junk mailbox before reaching out to us.
