Shipping

All online orders are dispatched within 4 business days. Our team will notify you if there are problems with an order.  

All deliveries are with Australia Post, Direct Freight, and Aramex and ship to all of Australia except Christmas Island. Your order will ship from our Warehouse in Smeaton Grange, NSW, 2567. If you would like more specific delivery time frames please refer to the carrier websites: https://auspost.com.au, https://www.aramex.com.au, https://www.directfreight.com.au/

No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays within each state.

Cotopaxi Australia 

NSW/QLD/ACT/VIC - offers a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all orders under $200. Orders of $200 or more ship freight free throughout Australia.

TAS/WA/SA/NT - offers a flat rate shipping fee of $15 for all orders under $200. Orders of $200 or more ship freight free throughout Australia.

This shipping rate covers standard shipping throughout Australia with a delivery time frame of 2–10 business days from dispatch for NSW/QLD/ACT/VIC and 2–8 business days from dispatch for TAS/WA/SA/NT.

Express Shipping

NSW/QLD/ACT/VIC - We also offer express shipping with a flat rate of $15. Usual delivery time is 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on where you are in Australia.

TAS/WA/SA/NT - We also offer express shipping with a flat rate of $25. Usual delivery time is 1–4 business days from dispatch, depending on where you are in Australia.
