Use a flexible tape measure and light, fitted clothing.

Bust / Chest: Measure around the fullest part.
Waist: Around natural waistline (crease when bending).
Hips: Around fullest part of hips or top of thighs.
Arm length: Base of neck to wrist, elbow slightly bent.

We also upgraded the fabric for next-to-skin smoothness and added a zip pocket to boost in-movement comfort.
